Mix the butter with the flour, sugar, egg yolks, grated lemon peel, sour cream and salt.
Separately, mix the yeast with the milk.

Knead the dough well.
The resulting composition is spread on a baking sheet (which was initially cut as a tray).
The sheet, after being stretched, is placed in the tray, and left to rise for 10-15 minutes.
